Otematata

Otematata is one of New Zealand's iconic high country stations. The wool from it's thousands of merino's largely go into the production of Icebreaker clothing. It remains privately owned.

A Christchurch based photographer and photography tutor, Scott Fowler spent a number of years working on the station as a Shepard and with his intimate knowledge of the property and its workings is able to take small groups of photographers onto the property for workshops.

Those who participate have a unique opportunity to get close to the land and to photograph creatively in some of New Zealand's most idilic scenery.
