Cuba

Like many people who grew up in the era of the Cuban embargo I was fascinated to go and see for myself.

Cuba is so much more than the old American cars. It is a vibrant people who have lived in their own unique world for a significant period of time. A people who enjoy their music and rum and work hard. But sadly in recent years as Cuba has been one of "the places to go" many people, especially in La Habana (Havana) have been treated as objects of curiosity. They are tired of being photographed for novelty value by visitors who have come for the fascination of what has happened to Cuba as opposed to actually wanting to engage with the people.

There are however many proud Cuban's who are only to happy to share their unique personalities and their countryside with you.
